Weather Cancellations

How will I know if church services are cancelled?

We will usually send an e-mail to the Living God Lutheran Church members e-mail list if services are cancelled due to weather (we won't post information unless there are cancellations). 

In the event severe weather or other emergencies occur during church activities, ministry leaders will make a decision to continue or cancel. The cancellation e-mail will be sent to members, as well as being noted on the "weather cancellation" page here on our website.

In all weather situations, we expect people to use their own best judgement on issues of safety. If programs or services have not been cancelled and you do not feel it is safe to drive, then please do not. If you are scheduled to serve in a ministry, simply notify the ministry leader that you will not be present.
